01

Start with the evidence

A strong project record distinguishes documents, direct observations, user-supplied facts, reasonable inferences, disputed points, and unanswered questions. That separation reduces drift and makes later decisions easier to defend.

02

State uncertainty instead of hiding it

Uncertainty is not a defect. Unlabeled uncertainty is. When evidence is incomplete, the useful move is to identify exactly what is missing and what would resolve it.

03

Make claims earn their place

A public-facing claim should be supportable. A design can be ambitious without pretending that a developing capability is already launched, proven, or commercially available.
